We process reports in real-time upon payment, making reversals impractical after delivery. If no report is generated, contact us immediately for assistance.

2. Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds are rare but possible in limited, verifiable cases. We evaluate each request individually to ensure fairness.

Common eligible scenarios include:

1. Duplicate payments: You accidentally paid twice for the same VIN or report package (e.g., same vehicle and service level).

4. How to Request a Refund
